Describe the fault(s) / malfunction(s) as accurately as possible and back up your data on an external hard drive. The repair of systems and/or the exchange of spare parts can lead to a loss of data. Computacenter AG does not take any responsibility for direct or indirect damages caused by loss of data.
It is helpful if you can send us the following items together with your device: battery, AC adapter, warranty certificate, detailed description of the fault, other fault documentation (photograph, video, etc.).
Register the repair of your device with us and send it to Computacenter. If you have any questions (e.g. about secure packaging), please contact us. Our staff will be happy to help. You can of course also deliver and collect the device yourself.
You will be informed by SMS message and /or e-mail as soon as your device has been registered with us for the repair process. Our Track your order service is available from this point on. You can use it to find out the status of the repair at any time.
