For a warranty claim, it is mandatory that we have a copy of your sales receipt/delivery bill.
If possible, please attach pictures of the device, warranty or other supporting documents.


Apple: Unfortunately, without the deactivation of "Find my Device", we cannot perform any repairs.

Please note that data can also be lost during supposedly simple repairs. Therefore, we expressly disclaim any liability for a possible loss of data.

If the cost estimate is rejected, we charge CHF 105.- (excl. VAT) for our efforts.
